Overview
Promoted from Associate Campus Director to Campus Director, I was accountable for everything that made the campus run: operations, admissions, budget, KPIs, and the growth of existing and new programs.
The challenge
Multiple campuses with 200-400+ students across 20+ programs need their enrollment funnel, budget, facilities, and academic standards working in sync — and a leader answerable for all of them at once.
The approach
- 1
Streamlined campus processes and implemented standards and procedures that improved efficiency and outcomes
- 2
Led enrollment strategy through institutional events, program promotions, and community outreach
- 3
Oversaw the campus fiscal budget and monitored KPIs to keep resource allocation balanced across programs
- 4
Managed admissions end-to-end for timely enrollment and smooth student onboarding

Scheduling and delivery operations
Scheduling, logistics, and delivery operations for 20+ concurrent programs and 400+ students a year, resolving conflicts and keeping cohorts on track to completion. This includes student information system administration (FAST), program calendars, booking workflows, and the operational documentation and SOPs behind them.
Faculty development
Professional development and onboarding for 25+ faculty and staff, coaching instructors toward consistent, high-quality delivery. Training materials and evaluation tools built for the campus: performance evaluations, coaching, and data-driven feedback that measure training effectiveness and surface skill gaps. The classroom management course on this site is one output of that work.
Curriculum governance
Designated director on the Academic Regulation Committee: running training-needs assessments and translating staff and stakeholder feedback into curriculum that stays current as programs and regulations change. Collaborated on curriculum for the Paramedic program, supporting stronger graduation rates and an 85% improvement in the licensing exam pass rate.
Compliance and accreditation
Compliance and accreditation readiness across five regulatory bodies, producing documentation and aligning practice to defined standards. As Associate Director, contributed to CDAC accreditation for the Dental Assistant program through documentation, process alignment, and quality improvement.
