Experienced educator and learning leader
I started as a middle and high school teacher at an international school in Saudi Arabia, teaching five subjects to students learning in their second language. That is where I learned the craft that still defines my work: designing learning around the learner.
The work grew into leadership: coordinating the high school, heading research and development, and building the school's SAT program from nothing. After a Master of Education in Canada, I moved into campus leadership at Sprott Shaw College in Vancouver.
“Pursuing the commitment to academic excellence and value formation” is a principle my mother instilled in me. It still shapes how I work.

Campus Director
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and delivery operations for 20+ concurrent programs and 400+ students a year, resolving conflicts and keeping cohorts on track to completion
- Facilitate professional development and onboarding for 25+ faculty and staff, coaching instructors toward consistent, high-quality delivery
- Serve as designated director on the Academic Regulation Committee, running training-needs assessments and translating staff and stakeholder feedback into curriculum that stays current as programs and regulations change
- Develop training materials and evaluation tools, using performance evaluations, coaching, and data-driven feedback to measure training effectiveness and identify skill and competency gaps
- Partner with curriculum and program teams on continuous improvement, keeping content aligned to standards and learner outcomes
